While on hold, someone was able to call me and talk to me as though they were the bank I called [closed]
I have an iPhone and am the victim of a strange attack. I’m trying to figure out how this was done. I made a call to my bank and spoke with a customer service representative who was unable to help. Somehow I was transferred to a technician outside the bank (the hacker). My phone log shows the outgoing call, then 2 min later and incoming call (from the hacker) but from my end there was silence and then the technician came on the line. Does someone know how this could be done?
