How to stop a hacker from blocking specific websites [closed]
My neighbor is hacking my pc and I am using a vpn and is watching as I type on my pc. The vpn is active and he can still block specific websites on my laptop, but it works in other devices. My family just recently change wifi password to a better one. I checked wifi logs and it seems no one has logged in the wifi account, but me.
This hacker is abusive and my father already talked to him.He exits every important thing I use in rdp, He opens the remote address and closes it.
He blocks specific sites from the laptop I try to visit. He even kicks me in the wifi. I want to stop this hacker.
I checked the Phillippine law and he is doing estimated 750,000 Peso fines in total for doing his hacking.
I want to track this hacker so we will be able to get a proof. I went to the police station near and showed proof of hacking. I need proof to catch him. The police said.
This Illegal activity is now normal for this hacker to do every day.
My father is friends with these people, so I don't do anything.
This person has access to my pc, it was not remote pc access (I checked the windows settings and it was off and no user accounts are registered) but he is doing hacking, I just don't know what it is.
