nmap showing IP ranges outside of our home network IP range [closed]

I've just noticed that nmap and some other networking tools are showing an INSANE amount of other IP address ranges on our LAN. I happen to notice something a day or two ago and just decided to look into it. Regardless, I am not much of a "networking guy" and not 100% what to think yet...but it's not normal IMO. What would this be indicative of?

We are on 192.168.0.1 range, by the way.

Actually, after alot of scanning I did find a live host way outside of my ip range. There may be more but at least i know one that has a ip of 192.168.100.1 which oddly points to the gateway modem. So maybe no big deal but I didn't find something.
