Does anyone know anything about searchzr and searchzr[dot]com? [closed]
I have a client that ended up with OneLaunch, ZipTech, and searchzr applications on her computer somehow. I was able to remove OneLaunch and Ziptech easy enough, but searchzr has been more stubborn. Checking VT shows no detections on current domain, but it's newish and a couple of the prior IP addresses had a detection. Whois is privacy protected. The website is only 4 simple pages and there is almost nothing showing up about them in search results.
Footer says, "All rights reserved to © 2022 Sela lInes Ltd.", which is also associated with ZipTech, apparently.
I'm mainly curious if anyone else has seen this app or knows anything else about it. It's obviously sketchy, but I'm wondering if anyone has some more details about it.
