How to decode a message? [closed]
I have been struggling a lot with decoding the following message: ">1W)E870@=&AE('!A<W-W;W)D(&ES(&-A=&-H+6UE ".
I do not know how to convert the message above into a readable one. I tried using base64 data format, however seems like that is not correct. By the way, the message encoded can be written not only in English. My mentor says that there must be 2 messages here. I tried ROT13, ROT47, base64,32,58,92, and so on, and even XOR is not working for me. Maybe it is easier than I think.
