In Win10/Win11, how to block mobile phone cards with mobile data (SIM cards)? [migrated]

How do I block mobile phone cards or mobile data (SIM cards), on Windows?

1. I know that I can take out the hardware that reads the SIM cards, the LTE card.
2. Block the device, the LTE, in the Device Managers.
3. In gpedit I can block the ID from those LTE cards that the SIM cards uses, the only problem is that I need to know their ID for that to work.
4. Stop the services in Task Manager that use mobile data.

Does anyone know other methods?
