Can someone who owns a tg group be charged? [closed]
I own a telegram group where research chemicals , illegal drugs and darkweb and harm reduction, mental health issues are discussed but there are no sales and i have that written in groups disclaimer. There are discussions about sources, vendors etc. the question is can i be a target of law enforcement as owner even if i dont sell anything? Why i ask, few months after the group got bigger my laptop got hacked bios locked and after that someone took ower my phone. I have screenshots, photos, videos i have never taken. They even changed my passcode apple id twice. What do you think? Thank you!
